    For those who have problems a shot explanation:

    - 1. Install the game
    - 2. Download this crack -> http://rapidshare.com/files/310650153/crackfinal.r

    - 3. unrar Crack A.7z and CRACK B into the left 4 dead 2 folder.(Overwrite all the files when ask!)
    - 4. Add +sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 sv_lan 1 to your desktop shortcut "left 4 dead 2 exe" example: http://i48.tinypic.com/2m3jyv9.jpg
    - 5. Edit the rev.ini file to change language from russian to english.
    - 6. You need the console in the main menu. So change the Keybinding to open the console in the "config.cfg folder. There you have to search for "~" "toggleconsole". Now you can change the Keybinding for example to F12. It have to look like this: "F12" "toggleconsole"!
    - 7. Launch the game using revloader.
    - 8. If the loading screen doesnt disappears just alt tab on the desktop and click on the error message, now get back into the game. Usually that should not happen but it could be.
    - 9. In the Main menu open the console and type in the levelname you want to play. Here is the list:

    a great game and quiet nice from egyteam to upload this so fast!

    but still there are many problems ive and others got.

    1. download went fine, but at the installation from the second cd appears an error in spanish about some sound data.

    - I read to delete a spanish folder in the second cd iso, of course I coudnt just delete the folder in the iso.
    - tried to open it with WinRAR and delete it in the folder, didnt work
    - extracted the hole thing, deleted the folder, but couldnt install the game without the iso, cause i am not able to put it into DeamonTools.
    - tried to repack the hole stuff without the spanish folder as an ISO (WinRAR) but no use, could not be read by DeamonTools.

    Do I need some program to repack this stuff to an ISO. Maybe Alcohol or something?

    2. My friend tried to install the game but his AntiVir keeps saying the l4d2.exe is corrupted by an virus. Some way to deal with it? I wouldnt have a problem to install it anyway, because I am using Windows just as an second OS, only for games.

    You have to ignore that error!That File is not necessary.I ignored that error and it works great!

    My friend tried to install the game but his AntiVir keeps saying the l4d2.exe is corrupted by an virus.

    My antivir keeps saying this, too.But I dont think it is a virus because it doesnt seems to spread out on my system.Also my Firewall doesnt see any unknown connections into the www.In my opintion it is okay.


    is there a way to play this game with hamachi?

    I think it could be working.To play l4d2 with a friend through LAN someone only have to host a game using the console. To join the game you have to type into the console :" connect ip of the host" for example "connect 192.168.1.1". Now just use the hamachi IP and it should be working!

    Sorry about my bad english. I hope anyone can understand my explanation ;)

    I don't really get your problem because all you have to do is to extract the 2nd CD, and delete the folder in program files isnt it? . After that i get stuck like you, with the .wav sound files.

    Well when I extract the second CD and delete this spanish folder, I cant open it again when I am installing the game, starting with the first CD. At the half it asks for the second CD but I can not put it into Deamon Tools. Am I doing something wrong?

    How did you made it work and how did you fixed the problem with the .wav data?

    First...the crack included does no work, please re-up your link. I check the event viewer and its saying "The Software Protection service has started.
    6.1.7100.0" and "The Software Protection service has completed licensing status check.

    So to me it sounds like the crack isn't working 100%.

    I am having the same trouble as Deuxmach. The games loads to the main menu using the revloader crack Ravenx21 posted, but when the level tries to load it just crashes to desktop with out any errors messages :(

    still got the same problem. this spanish error apears and i cant ignore it.

    tried to take out the spanish folder from the iso, had to copy the iso onto mac, transform it into .dmg(something like .iso for windows) copy the hole stuff, delete the spanish folder, create a new .dmg, put the **** into it, turn everything into iso again only to realize windows cant open the .iso from mac.

    man that sucks hard.

    somebody maybe an idea how i can istall the game without this diarrhea error? Or how I can just delete this spanish folder?

    tried to make an .iso of the folder without the spanish thing, but anyway, it wont be recongnized as the right cd, and i noticed that the problems do not come from the spanish stuff but from the original sounds themselves. maybe you could just ignore these failures if you got enough time, well enough time to click over 10.500 times!!!! (realy) and maybe than just to notice you have no shitty sounds?!

    ok thats it. every time the same. why cant a game just work?

    well thanks anyway but next time something thats works please!

    I got that game from Megaupload and it works.
    My OS-> Windows 7 ultimate 64

    Perhaps a file of your img is corrupt?

    Because of the amount of people that need help getting this game to work and getting SOurcemod/Metamod to work, I have decided to put together a small little sucky sucky tutorial

    Garena (online) Tutorial: IF YOU HAVE APPLIED OTHER PATCHES, I RECOMMEND A CLEAN INSTALLATION OF YOUR GAME.

    HOW TO GET L4D2 TO WORK ON GARENA (Depends on you to play online in Garena but still the patch works)
    1. Gary's patch: http://www.mediafire.com/?jicy21rfiwm
    2. Apply the patch
    3. Run the reg file depends on your OS. (32 bit or 64 bit) The reg keys should be in the regkey folder after you extracted the game to your left 4 dead 2 folder. If you do not have a regkey folder, you should download with the new download link that I provided.
    a. If you are on Vista, read this

    1. Right click on your revloader.exe or left4dead2.exe file.

    2. Click on the compatibility tab

    3. Check "Run as administrator"

    4. And choose to run in compatibility mode with Xp Sp 2

    5. (No recomendded) Change the date to OCT 29th and time to Hong Kong (GMT+8)
    5. Go to Garena, click Settings.
    6. Browser the Executable Settings file to your Revloader.exe or left4dead2.exe file.
    7. Click Start Game.
    9. BAM!

    HOW TO HOST DIFFERENT GAME MODES.
    1. Press Start Game on Garena.

    Do this: Start downloading L4D2 demo through Steam (1% is enough), Go to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2 demo\bin
    and copied Client.dll to ur l4d2 install folder like:
    C:\Program Files\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\bin

    Don't forget to backup your old Client.dll, if you'll try this. Now u can use melee weapons

    Instalation:
    1.extract the rar files
    2.install the game by running l4d2ali213.exe.it is in simplified chinese,but you can change the language later
    3.after installing,replace the client.dll in 'Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\bin' , not the one in 'left 4 Dead 2\bin' with the client.dll i uploaded
    4.open rev.ini and change the language to 'English' (language=English)

    man i just said he don't have to say that egydown sucks , every download i got here works fine , ofcourse you can be pissed of , but after all good downloads you just got bad luck this wont work , and you can wait till they fix or don't , it's up to you , ...

    i followed the instructions carefully but it ends up there..

    after

    but delete the old folder of left 4 dead when uninstalling again. then try to extract the crack file by file.

    3. Launch the game with the Loader if you don't want to start
    Steam aswell. Also you may get some error message but that's ok
    just press OK and the game will launch correctly.

    it means u need to start the game using the rev loader..using the rev loader is a non-steam l4d2 application..but i suggest u to get a latest patch from garena or people who are posting them...and follow the instuction..

    I just want to say to everyone that has negative comments to say about egydown.com. They do not have to hook you guys up with any thing so for them to do so is awesome. Further more if you don't like egy or have a stupid negative pointless comment to make then do not ask for help after saying something negative.


    I myself would like to thank egy as i have gotten many things from you and have yet to have a problem. Always perfect download and installs.

    I personally think that if people want to be douche bags with there comments that they should get banned.

    Egy doesn't have to be a public service so for those who run there mouths and talk **** rember since you dont want to buy what ever it is you are downloading respect the people that provide you with it.

    I'm not talkin' to u. get the heck out of here. For those who have problem with installation. After mountin' CD 1 you have to copy all files in one folder. then mount CD 2 and copy them in same direction. You don't have to ignore something. it'll instal fast without any problem.

    They are other too when you "uniso" if you use Kaspersky Antivirus.
