    dont worry guys, got it to work now, had to download a file, something to do with physx, if anyone is having the problem that they click the .exe file and nothing happens, no error message or anything, personal message me and ill guide you through how to solve it.

    can anyone help!?! have joined all m/upload files and burnt them onto disc successfully, installed the game with no probs either. However when i go to run the 'SawGame.exe' file i get an error box saying:

    'SawGame.exe - Unable To Locate Component
    This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'

    needless to say re-installing didn't work. i am new to d/loading games so it's prob something simple i've missed. any help would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

    For anybody getting any errors with this game try my simple steps and it should be working in no time.

    1. First of all, go into the SAW folder and open the DirectXRedist folder, and in there run DXSETUP.exe, once that is done try to start the game. If still nothing happens, try step 2.

    2. Open my documents, there should be a folder called my games, in there open the Saw folder, then open the SAWGame folder, and then the Config folder, once in the config folder right click the file named,Sawengine and press edit. Once opened in notepad, scroll down and looks for the heading,
    [SystemSettings]
    under that heading looks for
    'UseVsync=True'
    and if it says False, change it to True and then save. Now to step 3.

    3. The last thing to do is download this file,

    once downloaded, install and your game should work, these are my steps which got the saw game working for me,

    Just love the game already, and most of the game retail stores
    still doesn't have this game in their game-list..

    Thanks for the tips lep, followed your steps but am still getting an error box:

    'SawGame.exe - Unable To Locate Component
    This application has failed to start because steam_api.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.'

    as you can see the 'binkw32.dll' issue was resolved but it's been replaced by 'steam_api.dll'. Have d/loaded the steam platform from steampowered.com but no luck.

    Am i gonna have to give up or is there anything else you can suggest? Once again thanks in advance.

    (p.s have heard daemon tools can mount the game onto a virtual drive instead of a disc, might that help?)
