    After download Prototype for your pc, it should originally be in .001,.002.... etc. If it was a rar file, then all you need to do is open anyone of them and extract, which your computer itself will get all the files from the other parts of the rar. If that doesnt work, redownload the Megaupload ones and read FAQ in the tab on the top of this webpage, which you'll fine a section that tells you how to deal with .001 .... files.
